The Upper Clear Creek whitewater rafting is perfect for intermediate to advanced rafters and will take you through 8 miles of class IV rapids. Our cliffside zipline tour includes 6 lines along with other aerial elements, and all levels of adventure seekers will enjoy swinging through the trees.

On Your Whitewater Rafting + Zipline Adventure
A full day of excitement
Start off the day on AVA’s Cliffside Zipline Tour. With 6 exciting lines and additional features such as the Jungle Bridge, and more, this is a can’t-miss Colorado adventure! Finish off with an exciting 450-foot line running directly over Chicago Creek and landing back behind our outpost.
It’s then time to hit the water and raft the exciting and technical section of Upper Clear Creek! Starting high in the canyon, there’s just enough time to warm up before you drop into the first class IV rapid. You’ll encounter 30 major rapids on this 8-mile trip dropping an incredible 1,300 vertical feet. This continuous, steep, technical section will keep your paddle moving and your heart thumping as you crash through pulsing, Class IV rapids.
Majestic Scenery
This full-day adventure guarantees stunning views both from the mountain peaks and along the river. On our cliffside zipline course, experience the sweeping panoramas of the majestic Rocky Mountains and take in the Chicago Creek meandering through the forested landscape below.
The Lower Canyon of Clear Creek offers an exhilarating whitewater journey framed by towering mountains. Surrounded by lush riverbank greenery and flanked by imposing rock formations, your rafting expedition ensures scenic wonders at every corner. Keep an eye out for wildlife; you might spot bighorn sheep, eagles, and otters along the way.

All of your gear will be provided for your rafting and zipline excursions. This includes:

WHAT TO BRING
- Shoes that will stay securely on your feet… no flip flops or crocs! (Rafting)
