If you are currently working a seasonal position or just looking to switch it up, then AVA is for you. AVA has three outposts, Idaho Springs, Granite and Kremmling, and a centrally-located headquarters in Breckenridge, Colorado. We offer all sorts of activities from whitewater rafting, zip lining, rock climbing/rappelling, fly fishing and more! We are always looking for people who are energetic, enjoy being outdoors, and are hard-working team players to have an awesome summer of fun, working as river guides, support staff and more.
Idaho Springs Outpost: Are you interested in living and working at our Idaho Springs Outpost? Then you are in for a treat! The Idaho Springs Outpost is not too far from the city but still in the mountains, so it’s the best of both worlds! AVA is currently hiring Raft Guides, Zip Line Guides, CDL Drivers and even Guest Service Staff. If you have never been rafting or zip lining before, no need to worry! AVA’s Raft and Zip Line Guide School is one of the most informational and hands-on training you can get. We can help you turn a dream into a reality and teach you how to become a professional.
Kremmling Outpost: Our Kremmling Outpost is home ot our Colorado River trips. On top of the Colorado River being a well-known favorite to most, Kremmling is a beautiful place to spend your summer! AVA offers ½ and full days, as well as overnights on the Colorado River. Guests can choose from rafting, paddle boarding, fly fishing and can even rent duckies! It is a great location where friends and family of all ages and can come and enjoy themselves. With that being said, AVA is now hiring Raft Guides, Guest Service Staff and even CDL Drivers!
Granite Outpost: AVA has been running rafting trips on the Arkansas River for almost 19 years! We offer ½ day, ¾ day, full day and even overnight whitewater rafting trips ranging from class ll-V. There is also a beautiful Mountain Top Zip Line Course. If you are looking to live and work outdoors this summer, then Granite is the place for you. AVA offers a private campground for employees to live at right by the Outpost. If you are interested in employment down in Granite we are now hiring Raft Guides, Zip Line Guides, Kitchen Staff, CDL Drivers and even Guest Service Staff!
